（1）Desulfurization gypsum granulation
    Desulfurization gypsum is an industrial sub-product deriving from the desulfurization and purification of exhausted gas caused by burning fuels which contain sulfur (such as coal and oil). Since the coal-burning plants adopted CaO-gypsum to desulfur and purify the exhausted gas wetly in China in 1990s, there are a large number of corresponding solid sub-products discharged. The discharged solid sub-products are called desulfurization gypsum. They not only occupies a lot of land, but also causes the second pollution. In spite that the physicochemical features of desulfurization gypsum are similar to nature gypsum, and even theoretically it is able to used as retarder and mineralizing agent in cement factory for alleviating the over consumption of nature resources, especially, China is a large producer of cement, it is absolutely possible to run out of desulfurization gypsum. However, at present most desulfurization gypsums are stacked as waste, a majority of cement producers do not largely adopt desulfurization gypsums. The reasons are mainly that desulfurization gypsum is wet and power, contains too much water, and its stickiness make itself adhere to transporters when delivering.
    Thus, we based on the process flow of desulfurization gypsums, according to the test data from coal-burning plant, after lots of tests, develop the second effective use of desulfurization gypsums with substitution for nature gypsum, establishing comprehensive usage industry chain of cement retarder, gypsum power and gypsum products.
